The course covers basic concepts and practice of digital photography. It also addresses aesthetic principles as they relate to composition, space, exposure, light, and color.
A.) Correspondingly, students applied all of these in their recent project.
B.) With that, students were exposed to practice their presentation skills as it enables effective presentation and communication of their own ideas and design concepts.

Passion and mood for arts is just what I would say in the shots I’ve taken because it is done with love and dedication for arts. With that said, I decided to set up a few stuff to test my limits and as I tested my mood for arts these photos were born. It’s not much but it’s honest work. Also, using stuff that I’ve found interesting like my father’s guitar at least, I tried manipulating the camera angles to find a better shot of its strings to form a bridgeway look seen from the fictional movies. The rest are just random stuff adding a passion for arts to make it more artistic perspective to the viewer.

In completing this plate, first, I thought of a theme for this series of photos. The goal is to give the audience the feeling of calmness amidst pandemic, the same feeling I feel upon capturing these subjects.
After further thought, I came up with a theme: "Stillness in Chaos." That is why I chose subtle forms with a hint of both muted and earth tones as my subject; without compromising the main purpose of this plate, which is to capture the 7 Elements of Design through the use of a digital camera.

In this plate, my goal was to show the quarantine lifestyle in a series of photos, while achieving the objective of capturing 7 elements of design. Many of us experienced a dull and repetitive life during this period. I portrayed this by using a monochromatic theme, invoking a colorless experience, a life filled with no new experiences.
You may ask, then why is the shots for the pencils colored in two different ways? For the person in the series, art is a way for him to experience life again, but if all creativity is lost, then life will be dull again.

Coco is a movie that centers around music and how music brings everything together. Thus, the title of the shots as music is everywhere. Using a guitar as the main subject in every shot, I tried to incorporate my surroundings into the shots. Such as shadows, plants, backgrounds, etc.
