Faucet Design
A collection of the students' manual technical drawing prowess of their one of a kind designs.
Python
John Gabriel Anilao from 2IND-1
These Technical Drawings were engineered and designed with a passion and a mood for arts. The first three which were the working drawings of a faucet, are technically designed and inspired from a snake called a “Python”. It is obviously seen because of the curvature of the faucet design as if it’s like a biting snake or “nanunuklaw na ahas”.
Mark Baquiran from 2IND-1
Carrée
Mark Bautista from 2IND-1
The design of my kitchen faucet depicts a structure with four corners and an overlapping roof. I added a cube-shaped handle as the subordinate part to my kitchen faucet design to complete the piece.

Sleek. That's Carrée.
Dahon
Inigo Xavier Flores from 2IND-1
This faucet is designed with the inspiration of nature, specifically of a leaf. I personally love the minimalist movement thus I gave the faucet a simple design yet still being able to represent that of a leaf. The water flows through the design mimicking the way water flows through an actual leaf.
Flow
Rafael Keyser from 2IND-1
The design expresses the flow of water. Neatly, artistically, and somehow abstract. A minimalistic design to a two-part faucet and control lever, flow.
It is designed to be made out of stainless steel and to be mounted on a bathroom wall. It may also be used or placed in a kitchen environment.
Papillon
Rebecca Denise Landicho from 2IND-1
This faucet design is inspired by a butterfly with the main body of the faucet representing a butterfly's body and the handles representing a butterfly’s wings. Its design is simple and minimalistic yet elegant and is designed to be used as a bathroom faucet.

The Doorknob
Carl Michael Padilla from 2IND-1
At first glance, this object looks like a door knob, but it is not. It is definitely a bathroom faucet. This design was inspired originally by a street light but due to its form, it also looks like a door knob. The inspirations were the ones that made it unique in the eye. The curve balanced the masculine look of the faucet itself as it adds femininity to the object.
In addition, the first concept of the knob of this faucet was supposed to be a twisting knob but this faucet happened to have its knob to function up and down to make it easier to open and close the faucet. It is much practical to have this kind of knob because it prevents difficulty in opening the faucet when you have soap in your hands.
Iusse Marri Ramos from 2IND-1
The design of the faucet mainly derived its inspiration from the modern-day stainless steel design kitchen faucet mainly used for high-class residences and accommodations as well as fancy restaurants and commercial establishments. The design features heavy curvilinear lines and curves, as well as the presence of rectilinear surfaces swooping through the stainless steel faucet design.
Stephen Kingsley Salvador
from 2IND-1
This faucet design is specially designed for outdoor purposes. As you may notice the design shows a sphere shape, this was made to be more unique and to resemble a water tank.
Christopher Ed Bagang from 2IND-2
This is my kitchen design faucet that I called is the “Trapeze Faucet. I designed was inspired by the shape of trapeze itself. It was also inspired by the
size of an springboard in a swimming pool.
I designed this concept because of it's simple design and I’m thinking about the modern way of style and easy to access to people like the traditional switch.
Kyle Dominique Cabarloc
My faucet design is heavily inspired by Peter Jamieson Nastro. I really loved how smooth and glossy his designs were and I wanted to replicate that.
My goal was to design something sleek and modern but also unique and it consists of a flat top with a twisted body.
Anthony Jei Dapiton from 2IND-2
My faucet design, which is called “Languette” (which means “Tongue” in French), is inspired by how the tongue looks when it is sticking to the roof of the mouth.
I designed this faucet because I want to create something that is slick and modern but is inspired by unusual things.
Ysabelle Deligero from 2IND-2
The design I made for this project was to create a simple and functional bathroom faucet that will only require minimum effort to open and close.
This is to create a Universal design that will not only cater the Able-bodied people but to also include the PWDs who have a hard time opening the traditional faucet handles.
Ralph Daniel Esmeralda from 2IND-2
Bathroom environments would only speak of comfort. It is an ergonomic space that welcomes different varieties of people/users. That's why it is only practical to make such a faucet design that would provide a visually simple style suitable for a space of comfort.
With a modern and minimalist approach, I came up making this faucet design using a sleek curved body with a protruding neck from a proportionally small base that connects with the sink. Even the faucet handle is slightly curved for aesthetics.
Adrienne Colleen Ong
from 2IND-2
This faucet design takes its inspiration from teapots.
The design considerations are to be functional and made for bathroom spaces. Its contemporary design is perfect for a minimalist aesthetic. The single-hole bathroom faucet features a slim pin lever handle and a curved spout that illustrates an elegant style.
Nicanor Vincent Rosales from 2IND-2
This faucet that I designed is inspired from the Smart Ring Faucet concept introduced by the World Design Guide.
I designed this concept because I am fond of unique and futuristic concepts. Instead of using a button to open the faucet from the latter, I used a traditional switch because we are more used to it.
Mary Gayle Marbella from 2IND-2
Based on the gooseneck faucet we had, I just modified it by replacing the curves with straight and sharper edges to make it look modern. I was also inspired by Littlefoot, the long neck dinosaur (Apatosaurus) from a cartoon movie Land Before Time.
At first, it was supposed to have only one handle on the right but then I thought it would be a hassle for left-handed people to use and also to make it look even I added another handle on the other side. It’s a very simple design but it works.
Moonlight
Erika Abe from 2IND-2
My inspiration for my faucet was those found in fancy hotels or houses, I wanted it to be fancy and minimalist at the same time. It would provide enough room for it to be spacious whilst still looking clean. It shouldn’t be too complicated, it should be simple, as this would be used every day.
